#196451 / vu 3630 foisLord Edward Fitzgerald leader of the United Irishmen in 1798 was on the run from the authorities and hid in Mrs Dillons house in Portobello near the canal in Dublin Ireland. He left his boots outside the house as if inviting capture with his name on the inside of each boot.
