For the palestinians the plan is ugly as a toad.
Occasionally in English speaking countries the (originally German/Italien) phrase 'to swallow the toad' is equally used for doing something unpleasant in the interest of a higher goal.
For the Israelis the plan is the fulfillment of a big bundle of wishes.
Biggest provocation for the palestinians is that they should get only a part of eastern Jerusalem to establish there the palestinian capital.
