I´m trying to translate the cartoon:
the policeman from the International Court of Justice in The Hague says: "You´re arrested!"
The sudanese president asks: "For what?"
(The German word is "Wofür?". To make it similar to the answer in the puddle of blood "Darfur" I decided leave out the points of the "u" and wrote "Wofur?". In German the usual answer
to "Wofür?" is "Dafür!" ("Therefor!")
Kind regards and all the best to you!
