it's my logo :D Look at it as a whole.It is peace symbol,the red line symbolizes borders which constantly changes;the state of peace and war constantly change.I see explanation is necessary ;as a result,I wasn't able to give the meaning I want.This cartoon is unsuccessful :).Thanks Elias,I could see my mistake :)
