There are several main references in this piece: Taoism, the dada art movement, the father of conceptual art Marcel Duchamp, his dada piece featuring Mona Lisa with a mustache, and another one of his art pieces, the Bicycle Wheel...

The bunny rabbit eating the fancy chair is an esoteric art reference as well. Actually, I'm just messing with you. He doesn't reference anything. I just wanted to include a psychotic chair-eating rabbit in the drawing.
