first "open diary" post....
about to head home after a craptacular day at the crap factory (the studio where I work), do a workout - weights and cardio - head off to bed at about 8:30pm-ish (maybe watch half an hour of FOX & Friends), get up tomorrow at 2:30am, shower, dress, cough, scratch, breakfast, turn on the mac, enter username and password, check email, facebook, begin the days animation before heading off to work (the crap-factory)... and the circle of life goes on and on and on....
